Capacity: The ship can take on board 2 operational aircraft.

Accommodation: 1. Airplane on the catapult. The 2nd aircraft behind it.

Centrifugal device: 1x compressed air operated DWK (type FL 22) catapult of 14 m length, swiveling 360 °, amidships, behind the chimney on a base. Expansion ofthe catapult from March 19, 1942.

Takeover facility: 1x aircraft takeover crane attached to the catapult (expansion 1942). A Hein's landing sail on the port side, 4.5 m wide and 11.5 m long, was on aspar that could be swiveled by 90 °, on which it rolled. (Expansion 1939)
