Carl R. Lancaster, pilot, Lt. John B. Lewis, co-pilot, Sgt. Harold E. Bailey, bombardier, S/Sgt. Andrew S. Pienczykowski, engineer, Pvt. Lester D. Caraway, radio operator, and Pvt. Eugene W. Krzos, gunner. Lt. John D. Crawford, navigator, survived in a life raft and was rescued several days later. Disposal: 01-Apr-42
