Formed Dec 1942 in Obertraubling from 4.(GS)/KGzbV 2, with He 111Z and Me 321 gliders.

Moved to Makejewka in Jan 1943, and to Bagerowo Feb 1943. Returned home to Obertraubling in Apr 1943.

In late May 1943 moved to Istres, and Sep 1943 to Dijon.

Disbanded Dec 1943.

Subordinated to Arbeitsstab Hptm. Pohl, May 1943 - Dec 1943.
