Formed Jan 1940 in Zwölfaxing as FFS A/B Zwölfaxing.
On 16 Jan 1940 redesignated Flugzeugführerschule A/B 114 (FFS A/B 114), and on 15 Oct 1943 redesignated Flugzeugführerschule A 114.
Disbanded 26 Apr 1945, and was assigned to the 1. Luftwaffen-Ausbildungs-Division in Berlin.
Used the following aircraft: Ar 66, Ar 76, Ar 96, Avia B.534, Benes B.50, B.51, Bu 131, Bu 181, F.13, Fiat L3, Fw 44, Fw 56, Fw 58, He 51, He 70, He 72, Kl 35, Letov S.328, SG 38 and W.34
