Reformed 24 Oct 1944 in Goldap/East Prussia (as 16. Flak-Brigade) from Stab/Flak-Regiment 110, initially to protect the Führer-HQ in Rastenburg (Flakgruppe Masuren). Mar 1945 in Danzig area, 6 Mar 1945 ordered to Munstter/Westfalen, Apr 1945 at Wittenberge/elbe (14. Flak-Division).
Organisation 1 Nov 1944 under II. Flakkorps (no Stab/Flak-Regiment attached):
Organisation 1 Dec 1944 under 18. Flak-Division (no Stab/Flak-Regiment attached):
Surrendered May 1945.
