Detailed Narrative Description of Projects & Services Provided:   DTST developed the Express Mail System under the Windows environment with Microsoft SQL Server as the database and Windows NT 3.5 as the operating system.  The system covers the following activities:   - Generates individual EMS numbers per country - Generates outstanding batches - Generates mail statistics - Generates dispatch variances - Track and trace of mail matters - Data acquisition of EMS numbers through bar code readers - Data acquisition of weight of mail matters, parcels through the weighing scale    connected to the serial port
