Manchukuo Air Force 1938-1945

A fully fledged Manchukuo Air Force was formed around 1938 by the Japanese, and aircraft wore the horizontally striped roundels as illustrated on the wings only. By 1944 this air force was struggling to survive, and had crumbled by the time of the Japanese surrender, though there are reports of action against occupying Soviet forces in August 1945.

My add.These 5 Mansyu ki84 are semi historical skin. I get the Kanji scripts from existing picture of ki-27 Nate and Ki-43 Hayabusa. There is no evidence that ki84 flown in MAF in 1944 but very possible.

The Ki-84 proved faster than the P-51D Mustang and the P-47D Thunderbolt at all but the highest altitudes. At medium altitudes, the FRANK was so fast that it was essentially immune from interception. The climb rate was exceptionally good, 16,400 feet being attained in 5 minutes 54 seconds, which was superior to that of any opposing Allied fighters.
